There was a time when my body spoke in aches I could not quiet.
A scar too thick after my C-section, phantom pains that lingered like shadows.
Skin that turned against me with hormonal storms — acne, oil, and flare.
Cramps that twisted deep from fibroids, pulling me under month after month.
I searched for answers in sterile rooms, in bottles lined with promises.
But relief never came. Only more longing for a way back to myself.
So I turned inward — and outward, to the earth.
To the roots, the leaves, the flowers that have soothed women’s bodies for generations.
To the rhythm of nature, to the quiet reminder that my body was not broken, only asking for gentleness.
In time, I began to blend. To study. To listen.
And what I uncovered was not a cure, but a companionship —
a way of being in tune with my body, not in resistance to it.
Anxiety and depression still walked beside me,
but in nature’s embrace I discovered moments of calm, of harmony, of strength.
Not an escape from pain, but a way to breathe through it.
This is why I share my journey with you —
because I believe nature has something to offer each of us:
comfort, resilience, and a reminder that even through struggle, we can grow. 🌿
النبات ينمو رغم قسوة التربة، والإنسان ينمو رغم قسوة الحياة.
“The plant grows despite the hardness of the soil, and the human grows despite the hardships of life.”
